Official: Griezmann declared player of the year in France
Antoine Griezmann was declared the best player of the French for 2016 by France Football.
The striker has had a wonderful season with Spanish side Atletico Madrid and the French national team.
Atletico, has gone to the Champions League final, where Real Madrid’s defeat on penalties by the ‘San Siro’.
With the French national team, also lost in the final against Portugal at EURO 2016 but was declared the best player of the competition, winning the Golden Boot, with the most goals scored, a total of 6 goals.
Some rumors linking the player to a possible transfer to Manchester United in the amount of 100 million euros, and expressed his desire that the player wants to play along with Paul Pogba to the ‘Red Devils’.
